If you were to interview the owner of Spike, what interview questions would you ask?

In terms of culture, I could have asked the following questions:

• As the owner of Spike, what does your company stand for and what does success mean to you?
• How do you normally satisfy your customers?
• Why do you think your customers choose you over your competitors?

Regarding the company's process:

• Do you have experience with ERP usage as well as upgrade?
• Are you able to handle unexpected orders? To what capacity are you able to handle?
• What if an eleventh-hour change in terms of order processing needs to be made? Will you still do it manually?
• What range of customization options do you offer as a company?
• What platforms of ecommerce does Spike Volleyball work with?

Considering people:

• Does your company have full-time employees experienced in using QuickBooks?
• How does Spike Volleyball reward its most efficient personnel? How do you celebrate them when they succeed?
• Do you intend to employ another batch of full-time employees?
  • Do you consider yourself as a company that is in the same pace with technology? What are some of the technologies as a company that you are using currently?

Technology-wise, I would ask the following questions:

• What investments have you put in place to ensure your ERP systems are up to date?

Externalities:

• What makes your company look unique to customers?
• How can you describe the growth experience of your company?
• When do you experience high demands from customers for your products?
• Are you able to forecast your future demands from consumers?
