This group project represents the "applied aspect of the course which will test your understanding of International Human Resource Management. The course provides an extensive overview of International HRM. When businesses internationalize, the HR professionals should familiarize themselves with the specific context of the targeted market to understand the Human Resource Management interventions that will be required at this level. This project aims to familiarize students with various national contexts from different regions, thus further broadening the course content. Moreover, the project aims to strengthen your teamwork, analytical, critical thinking and written communication skills. Students have the opportunity to self-select each other and form teams of 6 to 7 persons per team. More so, each team will have the freedom to choose two national contexts from the below-mentioned countries. Each team will be covering two distinctive countries no two or more teams will be allowed to cover the same countries for the assignment. Therefore, the sooner you decide on your team and the countries, the more likely it will be assigned to you. All the parts of the project must "fit together and needs to be completed as a group to ensure consistency with the information presented.
