PLEASE HELP WITH PYTHON below

Use Python to solve each problem. I don't understand how to put this in python

2. Find a cubic function ax^3 + bx^2 + cx + d whose graph has horizontal tangent lines at the points (2, 6) and (2, 0). (HINT: What do you know about f(2) and f 0 (2) ?)

EQUATION IS ALREADY SOLVED

horizontal tangent lines at the points (2, 6) and (2, 0) i.e slope=0 i.e 1st derivative of equation will be 0 at these points.

F(x) = ax^3 + bx^2 + cx + d

dF(x)/dx = 0 at x = -2 , 2

3ax^2 + 2bx + c = 0 at x = -2, 2

i.e, 12a + 4b + c = 0 ..........(1)

12a -4b +c = 0 ..............(2)

tangent lines at the points (2, 6) and (2, 0)

i.e, F(-2) = 6 => -8a + 4b - 2c + d = 0......................(3)

F(2) = 0 => 8a + 4b + 2c + d = 0......................(4)

the cubic equation will be: 3/16x^3 - 9/4x + 3
