QUESTION 4 Planning and implementing problem solving has five steps which are: (1) being clear about the outcomes that you want learners to achieve, (2) developing a series of problem that can use to help learners achieve desired outcomes, (3) identifying what the prior knowledge the learners will need to in order to start their investigation, (4) guiding learners to resources that will help them solve the problem, and (5) guiding and help learners to discuss the problem Create a scenario showing how you would plan and implement problem solving for your Grade 12, Business Studies learners. The scenario must show how you would implement the above-mentioned steps of planning and using problem solving. (25) [25]
