Data given:

Exponential growth model:

N(t) = Ae^(k*t), where A and k are arbitrary constants.

k = 1/3 * ln(528/49)

Exponential model with small number of cases for part 2D, there were 49 cases and after three months, the number of cases had grown to 528: N(t) = 49e^((1/3 * ln(528/49))* t)
