In late 2002, CHF leased the warehouse to HC, Inc., a corporation owned by Hugh and Corvath for $10,000 per month. HC, Inc. then subleased the warehouse to McCall Lumber, Inc., a corporation owned by Hugh and Corvath for $25,000 per month. Hugh and Corvath did not tell Fred about the sublease to McCall Lumber, Inc. Does Fred have any claims against High and Corvath? Explain why or why not
