Please I am serious why do people (experts you call yourselves) merely copy and paste wrong answers from other wrong answer sources and pretend that they are right when they didnt even answer the right questions?

I dont understand why I have to keep wasting my questions asking same questions over and over again .. I have posted this same question so many times because of completely and entirely wrong answers.

Why cant I ask questions about concepts in my studyguide for my exam that I dont understand? Isnt that what Chegg is for? If not, I sincerely dont understand what I am paying for all this time..
