In this assignment you'll work on building a rating tool and rater training, as a component of your final project. Within your final project you'll discuss how performance will be measured for your focal job. One requirement is to include a subjective measure of performance, and example rating tool, and provide commentary on how you'll ensure rating accuracy. We'll work on that part here.

Specifically, please complete the following:

Briefly note what you are trying to rate $($e$.$g$.,$ overall performance, communication, goal completion, etc.$).$

Briefly describe your approach for measuring this area of performance including specifically who will be making the ratings $($e$.$g$.,$ will be measured annually by managers, or will be measured twice a year with a $360-$degree rater approach$).$

Provide a sample rating tool that can be used. You can pick from graphic rating, behavioral scale, etc.

Note. We worked on rating development last semester in Selection. You are welcome to use what you've made before as a starting point, adjusting as needed to fit this assignment and the focal job.

Describe your approach to ensuring the person$/$people making the rating with the rating tool will be accurate in doing so$.$

Specifically, touch on if you will include rater error, frame of reference, or some other training $($or a combination$)$ and why you are taking that approach.
