I'm trying to Solve this question if anyone could help me please

Write a Python program to add 'ded' at the end of a given word (length should be at least 3). If the given string already ends with ded' then add ing' instead. If the string length of the given string is less than 3, leave it unchanged For example if the word is Hello your print out should say Helloded If your word is graded, your print should say gradeding. If your word is at, it should print a Hint use an if statement, but again that is not the only way to answer this
