Please identify a finished project in your organization and develop a mission statement and a project value proposition. Develop the project value proposition statement by using the Project Value Network.

Develop a Project Scorecard for a finished project using the scorecard format discussed in the class to:

• Identify the project metrics that were actually used in the project and mark them in the scorecard.
• Complement those value perspectives in the scorecard that were missing in the original plan.
• Use at least one measure for each value perspective.

Please discuss the differences between YOUR suggested project performance metrics and the original ones that were actually used.
