Please identify one way to cut payroll costs without having a huge impact on morale. (For example, cutting everyone's wages by 25% or laying off 25% of the staff will certianly cut costs, but have a huge impact on morale.) Use examples of things that worked or did not work well at your previous/current places of employment, but but be sure you consider things like both the short- and long-term impact of the measures, both from the operation's point of view and the workers' points of view (and not just your personal reaction).
