Explain all the hexadecimal values in the first line of the Data Segment.

All of the character values there are ASCII codes and the numbers are in two's complements. And the rightmost byte of a word is the first address.

As an example, if you see $"0$x$6$e$617246"$ in the first word, $0$x means that these numbers are in hexadecimal numbers and $46$ on the rightmost byte is at the address $0$x$10010000.$

ASCII value $46$ is the letter $"$F$".$

And $72$ is at $0$x$10010001$ and so on$.$
