For a small business startup like ours, we will assign $120 to GoogleAds for each month for the first 12 months, considering the fact that it has an impressive ROI of about $8 for every $1 spent. The total comes up to $1440. Another issue to consider is the rental of a place that will serve as a warehouse for our equipment and all other products. Being a startup, we will not need a very big space, only one enough to store all of our supplies. The cost of the rent is $200 for a month, totaling up to $2400 for a whole year.

The cost of buying cleaning equipment like scrubbers, vacuum machines, mops, etc., and hygienic products are $5000. The fee includes maintenance and warranty for 3 years.

The staff consists of 3 cleaning technicians that are paid based on the surface cleaned. They receive $1 for every square meter of work.

After assessing market factors, competition, and costs, the time and material pricing method is the most appropriate one. Customers will be charged $3 for every square meter of the space cleaned. Decluttering and organization of different house spaces will cost $5 per hour. Designing storage solutions from our professionals will be charged separately depending on the work necessary but it will start from $50 and go up depending on the work necessary.
