Managers:

1) managers are responsible for handling the team and ensure they achieve its objectives. Managers are also responsible for the growth and development of members of their team.

2) Managers need to have complete knowledge and experience on the activities that their team is handling.

3) Managers require skills such as leadership, analytical skills, logical skills, communication skills, and Interpersonal Skills.

Administrators:

1) Administrators are responsible for arranging everything that is required to build a business or organization.

2) They should have knowledge and experience on the requirements of the workplace, space Required for kind of business, and other conditions of the industry.

3) They should have excellent negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills

Professionals:

• Professionals are responsible for completing specific tasks assigned to them.
• The task can be a process, a project, or an invention.
• Professionals should have knowledge and experience in specific activities or tasks. They should be skilled in their profession.
• Professionals needs skills such as logical skills, communication skills, and they should be a team player. They should know how to train and develop paraprofessionals.

Paraprofessionals:

My job as an administrative administration fits in with professional, however, I believe I sort of fit with all as my job duties include writing business correspondence, developing and maintaining paper and electronic filing systems, managing individual projects, conducting research online and offline, creating and maintaining databases, scheduling for managers and executives, maintaining calendar systems for individuals and departments, ordering office supplies and maintaining inventories, leasing office equipment, working with vendors, answering and handling telephone calls, creating spreadsheets and reports, planning and coordinating small and large meetings and events, making travel arrangements, and much, much more.
