2) Managers need to have complete knowledge and experience on the activities that their team is handling.

3) Managers require skills such as leadership, analytical skills, logical skills, communication skills, and Interpersonal Skills.

Administrators:

1) Administrators are responsible for arranging everything that is required to build a business or organization.

2) They should have knowledge and experience on the requirements of the workplace, space Required for kind of business, and other conditions of the industry.

3) They should have excellent negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills

Professionals:

  • Professionals are responsible for completing specific tasks assigned to them.
  • The task can be a process, a project, or an invention.
  • Professionals should have knowledge and experience in specific activities or tasks. They should be skilled in their profession.
  • Professionals needs skills such as logical skills, communication skills, and they should be a team player. They should know how to train and develop paraprofessionals.
