1- how does changing the vertical displacement of a projectile affect its range and time of flight?

Increasing the initial vertical displacement of the projectile increases its range and time of flight. As we raised the initial position of the projectile, the range and time of flight directly increased.

2- Write a statement that describes the relationship between vertical displacement and theoretical time of flight.

The vertical displacement is directly related to the theoretical time of flight. As you increase the initial vertical displacement, the theoretical time of flight is also increased. If you decrease the initial vertical displacement, the time of flight decreases.

3- Write a statement that describes the relationship between the vertical displacement and theoretical range.

The vertical displacement is exponentially related to the theoretical range. As you increase the initial vertical displacement, the theoretical range is also increased, but as you keep increasing the vertical displacement, the change in range increments starts decreasing.

4- What were your Independent and dependent variables of this simulation?

Time of flight and range are not dependent of mass of diameter of projectile. The change in vertical displacement is the only dependent variable in our experiment.

5-How can you manipulate other variables to study the projectile motion?

You can change the initial velocity of the projectile to increase or decrease time of flight and range. Changing the angle will also affect time of flight and range.
