User registration: The user is prompted to register by entering their details (name, email, password). Login: The user logs in using their email and password. Browse available books: The user can view a list of all available books and price. Rent books: The user selects the books they wish to rent and proceeds to the payment step. Delivery: User can choose an online payment or pay in the store Payment: The user pays for the books and can choose to either print or store the payment details. Due notices: The system sends email reminders to the user a week before and a day before the rent is due. Return process: The administrators receive the returned books and process the information on the system. Late return notice: The system checks if the product was returned on the agreed date and notifies the user, if it was not then add interests which user has to pay. Manage products: Administrators can add, remove, or update products in the system.
