Scenario 4: o Assume that each group member is a board member at a big corporation that is in the baby food and milk industry. The board members received a tip from the security department about an incident that happened more than once. The security department noticed through the camera that one of the employees stays late at night in the corporation at least once a month. After digging deeper, they found out that the employee is intentionally waiting until most employees leave the company because he was sneaking into the storage room to steal some products and leave with a big bag full of baby food and milk. The incident happened more than once, which led the head of the security department to send the video recordings and notify the board members to take action against the employee. The board members met with the employee and showed him the video recordings. He was shocked, and he did not deny anything. He started to explain that he and his wife are having a very tough time financially. They both just had a baby, and the wife had to quit her job to look after the baby. However, the fact that she left her job made the financial situation much more difficult.
