You are the Owner's project manager on an electrical upgrade project. Existing overhead power lines are being buried in a duct bank to hide them from view in an area of the town that is being revitalized. Due to the size of the wires, a pull box needs to be installed every $500$ feet.

There are three primary activities in burying the power lines:

Labor:

$-$ A four$-$man crew can install one pull box and $500$ ft of conduit in $2$ days.

$-$ A seven$-$man wire crew can test and install $1000$ ft of wire per day.

$-$ A three$-$man electrician crew can terminate $7$ connections per day.
