After going through the readings and watching the videos for this module, you should have a good sense of how hard it is for workers to unionize in the U.S. Use the case of Amazon to address the following questions. 1) In your opinion, what is it about the social, cultural, political and legal environment in the U.S. that makes it so difficult for workers to organize in a union? 2) How did the Amazon Labor Union succeed when so many others before them had failed? What are the lessons one can learn from this? 3) Can you think of a situation in your own personal experience (or reading) which indicated the importance/power of collective bargaining or collective action
