Write a report includes a strategic analysis for the (Mac Cosmetic and beauty company) based upon the basic model of strategic management . The strategic analysis shall include the following: - Introduction of the company: describe the company's background (history , type of activity , logo. etc.). - Environmental Scanning: SWOT analysis (2- 3 points on each of them). - Strategy Formulation: a. Mission, and objectives / or values, of the company b. Choice of the competitive strategy \& how did they do it: (Cost leadership/Differentiation/Focus) c. Choice of corporate directional strategy \& how did they do it : (Growth strategies ,Stability strategies, Retrenchment strategies ) d. Policies /guidelines - Strategy Implementation: programs, budgets , procedures. - Evaluation and Control: the performance of the company. - Conclusion (your opinion, what do you think about them
