I have just started an e-commerce business hayaas. com and I have the product on Amazon and eBay and the website but I am having an issue amazon seller account I had sold an item with another seller and the product did not match was returned. my account is deactivated. I have sent them all the documents and apologize to the seller and had to refund the customer . they still want me to have a business plan..

so the product I had an issue on amazon is 200 Pcs Microblading Micro Swab Lint Tattoo Permanent Brushes, Pink it was slightly different.

this is the email i have just received yesterday:
