9. Methodology Research method This study employs quantitative research methods. Therefore, questionnaire will be used to investigate the relationship of training and development programs and how it effects of Human Resources department employees' job performance. Research design This study is conducted using a set of questions from the questionnaire. Therefore, a set of questionnaires will be given to the HR department employees. The questionnaire comprise of 18 questions designed to investigate the effects of training on employee performance in the organizations. The questionnaire is made short and simple and will not consume more than 15 minutes for each respondent to complete it. The aim of this questionnaire is to find out the involvement in training and development program in the organization and the relationship in their job performances. Moreover, an interview schedule to gather information on the subject to seniors of HR department and the management of the organization. Recruitment of participants This research tends to engage explanatory quantitative research. The target population is about 20 staffs from Human Resources department. Likert - Scale questionnaires will be used as a research tool which will give manually to the employees. Special consideration will be given to the ethical consideration while collecting the data for this research. Data Collection The respondents consisted of 20 employees from Human Resources department of MTCC Short briefing will be given to the participants with the regard of this this study. The questionnaire will be contributed and directly collections are made after the respondents complete answering the questionnaire to avoid non-completion of any questionnaire The data collections will be held as per the following Design of Questionnaire The questionnaire has two sections, which are; Section A: Demographic Information Section B: Relationship between Training and Development Program in organization and employees. Performance Sample Selection: The respondents of this questionnaire are 20 employees from MTCC Questionnaires Distribution: The questionnaire is distributed and allocated with 15 minutes to complete the Questionnaire
