Please provide a mission statement, a vision statement, and objectives that would help Libell & Son to be competitive in this market.

The core of any company is the mission, vision, and objectives that are set. One of the businesses that I had owned was in the salty snack industry. The franchise that I owned was under the corporate umbrella of Wise Potato Chips based in Berwick Pa. So, Libell & Son's territory covered the city of Pittsburgh and many surrounding suburbs. This is a very competitive industry with the biggest competitor being Frito-lay. Besides Frito-lay and Wise, there were six other companies competing for a share of the chip and pretzel market. It is clear that this business is a service-related industry. In order to be successful, this industry relies on a solid mission, vision, and good objectives to help a company achieve a competitive advantage.
