My interview question is: What do you think we can$/$should be doing better in our business, and how can

you help? This type of question is always tricky because you want to give useful feedback without

offending the interviewer or the business. It requires the interviewee to have some knowledge of the

business and to be able to apply their skills and experience to potential issues within the business. Good

answers consist in being able to balance valuable feedback with respect for the business. The question

is relevant because it allows the candidate to demonstrate how they think critically and to show areas in

which their knowledge can be helpful. It also proves whether the candidate researched the company,

what its future trajectory looks like, and if their concepts are compatible with the company's mission.

After all, it's an excellent way to test both their problem$-$solving abilities and their capacity to create and

strategize about solutions.
