a) A cantilever beam ABC shown in Figure Q1(a) has a uniformly distributed load q of 6kNm over the whole beam and a concentrated load P of 3 kN at Section B. It has rectangular cross section of 80 mm wide and 100 mm deep with a Young's modulus 69 GPa .
(i) Construct the shear force and bending moment diagrams of the beam with pr values and
(ii) determine the maximum deflection using Macaulay function method.
