Working hours vary from one company to the other, when an employee may be forced to work more than eight and ten hours' maximum time in a shift. This was found to be common in foreign owned establishments as compared to local ownership ones. There is gender discrimination, it was discovered that females are preferred more to work in travel business such as travel agencies and airlines and especially as front desk; but this is due to the perceived view that females are more trustworthy as compared to males
