please provide step by step instructions on how to set up sudoku and how solve using aimms software. implement steps on what to click where to put the constraints and parameters especially for the attributes. A detailed video of setting up will be more helpful.

i attached the file of what I have set up so far in the aimms software.

the puzzle is a $10$x$10$ matrix set up$.$ To solve the sudoku we need to abide by their rules.

A $99$ square must be filled in with numbers from $1-9$ with no repeated numbers in each line, horizontally or vertically. To challenge you more, there are $33$ squares marked out in the grid, and each of these squares can't have any repeat numbers either. you need to create an optimization model first with all the constraints obeying all the following rules before implementing them into the aimms software to solve. i need help setting it up in aimms. The constraints, parameters, indices, etc.
