The OTS Project

Scope Description $-$ To plan, design, build and implement an online teaching system, with all its software components fully functional upon completion of the project. The project includes the development $/$ hiring and integration of three major software components, which includes a Website, a Learning Management System $($LMS$)$ and an Online Teaching Platform $($OTP$).$ The Website and LMS will be developed by the Project Team, whereas for OTP; a suitable Online Teaching Platform will be selected and hired from already existing platforms available for rent.

The selection of appropriate OTP will be made by the project team considering the user's requirements with regard to maximum number of students in a class and maximum number of classes in a day. The OTP will be hired by the project team for one year and upon completion of project, the client GCN shall have at least $6$ months validity for using the OTP without making any further payments. However, upon completion of one$-$year, further extension of the service does not come under the responsibility of Project Team and it will be client's $($GCN$)$ discretion to extend$/$suspend the package and$/$or upgrade to a new package. Once OTP is selected, Project Team will integrate it with other two components, i$-$e the Website and the LMS$.$
