Please read the attached one-page hypothetical case study. Your assignment is to act as judge/jury and decide the outcome of this case. Please prepare your paper as a Case Brief. The format for a Case Brief is listed in this module, Module 1. Please remember that your grade is dependent upon the reasoning your provide in the last section, #5. REASONING. I do not grade whether your answer is right/wrong, but rather on your identification of the Issue (#3. ISSUE), the substance of your answer in the reasoning section (#5. REASONING), and how you relate it back to our course topics. The ISSUE should be one or two concise sentences, while the REASONING should be at least two full paragraphs of at least five sentences each, fully explaining your decision and ruling on the case.
