Scope Statement Project Objective: Our project is a fundraiser for less fortunate students of Toronto. We will be holding a soccer tournament for eight high school teams. The tournament starts on April 30th at 8:00 am and ends on May 2nd at 6:00 pm. Product Scope Description: The purpose of this fundraiser will be to get school supplies to children such as pencils, binders, books, backpacks, athletic equipment, and basic tunding to allow kids to join sports leagues outside of school I Deliverables: Soccer tournament Indoor Stadium The top 3 winners get a prize accordingly All proceeds to underprivileged children.
