Warmup mini Case:

Mr.Juan was to be married to Miss.Maria in a couple of months, they met at the company where we all work. She belongs to a different team, so she works with different people and different customers, while I work every day with Mr.Juan We became good work friends, the kind of friendship that would go for a beer after work, talk about politics, and from time to time about our personal affairs, nothing too deep, but that's how I learned that Juan and Maria got a shared loan to buy a house.

During Christmas time a very close friend of mine invited me to her company party as she didn't want to go alone, she said odd things happen at those parties. Surprisingly Maria was there, it was the end of the year celebration of one of the customers in her team. Company rules forbid assisting or develop close relationships with customers, arguing a conflict of interests. The punishment for such an action is immediate termination of the contract. Maria wasn't only breaking the company rules, she was also crossing the line in respect with her fiance as she was kissing and being very close to someone else.

What should I do, should I tell her boss what I witnessed?, should I tell Juan her fiance?, what is the morally correct way out of this dilemma that I did not ask to be part of?
