Please read the given scenario your task is to make a "CHANGE MANAGEMENT PLAN" for the company blue software, template is already given please follow the template. One more thing please don't copy paste from google i want plagrism free answer. Thanks heaps
Scenario Blue software is a medium size company with more than 80 staff, based in Melbourne, Australia. As the company has grown the number of staff recently, it has started to run out of office space for employees to work. Therefore, the CEO of the company would like to introduce new work practices for some staff to work from home. Some teams will be required to work remotely such as the software development team while for others it will be optional. These staff may come to the office only occasionally for important meetings. As a consequence, the compay can have more office space for employees of other teams such as the UX design team, where he believes collaboration is more important Staff who work from home will need remote access to sensitive internal data. Systems will need to be put in place to protect these data but allow access by authorised personnel. In addition, staff will need tools to be able to collaborate with colleagues such as video conferencing and instant messaging. These tools are already supported by the company but not all staff are familiar in their usage. Thanks to this new way of working, the company will be able to hire more staff from other states or countries, which will be the first step of creating new branches of the company in near future to achieve the CEOs ambition of becoming a global company. He is planning to recruit some developers in Asia to work remotely and outsourcing some less complex development and testing tasks of the current projects. While the CEO is confident the plan will work, some of the staff believe that there are too many disadvantages in working remotely, such as having no dedicated work area, a lot of distractions when working from home. Online meetings can be time consuming and lead to poor communications, which can cause misunderstanding of requirements. Also, they do not have the fast and reliable internet access as in the workplace This change may affect the timeline of some major contracts that the company is processing. If this issue were to happen the staff would be required to work overtime to complete and deploy the product to customers on time. The CEO knows that working remotely will cause some problems. Therefore, he would like to make a good change management plan for this to make sure his staff's productivity is maintained or improved and all contracts are completed on time and on budget . 1.
