Based on your company and the brand you have established for your midterm presentation, choose two of the items below and hold a meeting on the consequences of and solutions to the problems. A challenger is growing very quickly this year: Brand loyalty is declining at the moment. Current demand for your products is decreasing at the moment. Modern society is changing more and more rapidly. Sales of your brand are slowing down this year: You usually get more negative comments than positive comments on social media. 2. Each group should identify the chair of the meeting and the position of every member attending the meeting. 3. The chair writes an email to the team members inviting them to a meeting. The email has to include date, time, venue, and two or three agenda items for the meeting. The email sent to the team has to be submitted with this assignment. 1. Based on the date, time, and venue specified in the invitation, each team will hold a meeting to discuss the agenda items set in the invitation. 2. Each team member has to act as a secretary and take notes or record the meeting in order to write minutes afterwards. 3. Once the meeting is adjourned, each team member is required to use his/her notes or recording to write the minutes of the meeting, using the template provided by the teacher/instructor. 4. Compare your notes with the notes of the team members and only submit one final minutes of the meetings.
