Create a detailed systems thinking diagram that maps the stock, inflows, outflows, and feedback loops of your organization. Make certain you take a systems perspective of your organization. The diagram should not be your individual work that you perform daily. If you are currently not working you can use this concept from a previous employer or project what it might be like for a future employer. This diagram is not an organizational chart nor is it a traditional work flow diagram. Also, do not use "canned" diagrams found on the internet. This must be an original creation. Think in terms of the linear flow of inputs, stock and out puts. The diagram should not be circular in design. Additionally, if you use software from your employer to build the diagram, Blackboard Ultra cannot open orphan software. Therefore, it would be advised not to use such software. Do not hand draw your diagram. Please use PPT or Word to help you build the diagram. Explain your diagram within your summary. Cite $3$ reputable references to support the contents of your paper $($e$.$g$.,$ trade or industry publications, government or agency websites, scholarly works, or other sources of similar quality$).$ Submit your assignment. Your paper must be written in the APA format including title and reference pages. The diagram must be submitted with the assignment. The submission should be in one and not two reports.
