Please read the text below from 1-6 paragraphs and rewrite them using diffrent words or concept.

1. Internal Recruitment

Internal recruitment can dramatically improve employee morale and sense of loyalty to the company. Employees will be recognized for their efforts and motivate them to work harder. According to the Weighing Internal vs. External Hires" (2018) internal hires retain organizational knowledge and get up to speed in their new roles more quickly than external hires. Hiring internally also increases engagement. Having a continuity of operations is a huge benefit due to an internal employee can transition into the new role with minimal downtime ("Advantages & Disadvantages of Internal Recruitment," 2011). Hiring within will be cost effective, since the employee currently works for the company, no need for new background checks and spending money on outside recruitment.

2. External Recruitment

External recruitment can bring new ideas and vision to a company. It also allows the hiring manager to draw from a larger supply of candidates (Weighing Internal vs. External Hires, 2018). The candidates may have experience working for another company which will give the company an insight on the competitors operations. The key negative is that it will be very costly recruiting from the outside.

3. There are two viable two sources in the process of recruitment. An internal resource allows us to recruit possible candidates within an organization to fill current vacancies and an external allows us to recruit candidates outside of an organization that may bring fresh new ideas. The three recruitment approaches I propose is as follow:

4. Internal Job Postings: This requires for us to establish effective channels of communication in order to be successful. Various communication channels such as emails and post boards in break rooms are readily available within our HSS that will allow all current employees to view and access information about any opportunities.

Advantages: It creates better morale by making employees aware of opportunities within the company. Creates a sense of security for employees increasing employee loyalties. Reduces employee turnovers.

Disadvantages: The process of finding or attracting qualified candidates may take some time and lengthens the time for filing in job vacancies. Creates a chain-reaction, requiring the company to find new employees for job vacancies due to hiring from within.

5. Job Employee Referral: Qualified candidates that are referred by other employees tend to be of higher quality because the referring employee usually screens his or her referrals closely. (2) Employee referrals can also bring out the best candidates in our company, after all the referring employees reputation will be on the line and a poor judgment of a fellow employee may negatively impact their career-prospects.

Advantages: Produces higher quality candidates. It does not cost much and mostly effective especially when recruiting for highly specialized jobs.

Disadvantages: Relying solely on employee referrals will prevent the company from finding more qualified employees. Hiring management may tend to have biases against-employee referrals. May cause resentment and or friction between employees who feel that they may be more qualified than others.

6. Online Recruitment: Due to our technology advancements many people have more and easy access to computers and Internet. Our company has all the resources and post current job openings within our companys website.

Advantages: Online recruitment is quick, gets results, and receives applications in the same day. Along with faster results the job-vacancy announcement can be accessed anywhere and anytime of the day as long you have internet and a computer making this convenient for those who are seeking employment during odd hours or off-business hours. Lastly, because of the high rate of responses company can review multiple applications and select the proper and well-qualified candidates.

Disadvantages: Too many applications and may take some time for Human Resource to screen a qualified candidate that fits the needs of the company. Another disadvantage is the increase of competition. More and more companies are seeking employees through the use of the internet.
