It is a 2 files assignment. One is word file containing One Thousand Five Hundred words and another is Power Point Slide of FOUR pages (Executive Presentation of main paper).

Your Final Project Report is built on the research and assignments you have completed so far in this course.

You will consolidate your work by submitting two documents:

1- A One Thousand Five Hundred words, in MS Word/.docx on the following topic

An inspired leader who also occupies the top management position often relates to poor performance and slow response to change, especially if the CEO remains in position for a long time and is able to challenge the Board of Directors.

Steve Jobs led APPLE to great success and then left, only to return in order to provide renewed direction.

What happened?

You will use your textbook, the university digital library and online resources with proper citations.

Your paper must have three parts:

Review of articles

Opinion and commentary

Citations

2- A four (4) slide MS PowerPoint/.pptx Executive Presentation of your paper.

**** You have to review the article on Steve Jobs left and return to Apple for its success. And you have to give the link for the article.

**** Just don't describe the history you have to give the reasons why history is developed that way.

**** Opinion and commentary is a must. You have to give your opinion of agree or not agree with the article and explain.

**** For the commentary you need to find why Steve Jobs left Apple then process and write that opinion and commentary and say, That's what happened. That's why he left.

**** A 4 page PPT slide is a must.

**** Executive Presentation for the PPT can't be just copied from main paper. Not obviously to copy and paste parts of the paper on the executive summary, but to decide what are the important things you want to impress upon the people.

#### Some tips that might help, (The subject, of course, is one of the best known leaders that we've had which is Steve Jobs)

1. How he started the company.

2. How did he, as a leader, influence Apple to become the company that it did?

3. What was he doing to make the company successful, what happened when he left, then what happened when he returned.

4. Why did he had to leave?

5. Because if you're such a successful leader, everything was going well, It makes no sense for him to leave, So why did he leave?

6. Why did he return?

7. What were the expectations?

8. Why was he asked to come back?

9. When he returned, what did he done again as a leader?

10. How did that affect that apple?

^^^^ When you do the research, obviously, going into scholarly resources, not Wikipedia, or course hero, then, on the paper, you're going to be reviewing the articles, whatever it is that you read, then you'll be presenting your opinion and commentary.
