For this topic, I have decided to select Netsuite which helps companies manage business processes efficiently with one single integrated cloud-based system that can also be used as an app for SCM. A few of these processes include ERP and financials, CRM, e-commerce, and inventory management. The special thing about Netsuite is that it can be used for both business and SCM processes. These business processes include finance and accounting. It allows businesses of any shape and size to manage all of neither business processes with one unified system. It even handles this on a global platform as well which means dealing with different currencies, languages, and cultures. Netsuite is also very easy to use however it is recommended data new uses take the designated training to help make the process even easier. They also have consultants who post blog with helpful information. Netswuite has also increased its competitive advantage because most companies have stopped using Quickbooks. Now they can get all functions while only using a comprehensive system. QuickBooks has ceased to be able to meet business needs which can end up detrimental to that business. Netsuite is easy to implement. All you need to gather is the software, provide training, and figure out how to make the system work for your company. Some of the cons for Netsuite includes the constant fluctuation of the subscriptions price because the more programs you use the more you pay , having to pay more for additional support if you need help, and customizing reports is a bit of a challenge.
