Dawnette Sigmon : dun 14 8:13pm So for my company | am choosing to write about MRI. The company that | currently work for. This company is a well known company in my hometown. This company is formed in the community to serve those with special needs. | think the things | have learned can help my company be able to better understand those whom in which they hire. Being able to take care of others is not often and easy task. This task becomes a little more complex because the types of individuals are persons served with disabilities. Mo person served is the same and they all have their own special need and a huge variety of attitudes and personalities. Leadership in this type of corporation is extremely important. Falling down from the highest chain of command being able to lead with a great attitude and positive outlooks on different situations one might face during their time at MRI. Leading those around you is a very important task and the healthcare industry being a positive person and leader is huge. A day in a life in this type of job can hold all sorts of events in one day. Applying industrial psychology) organizational leadership can make some huge changes in the way those lead. lt teaches you to be able to handle variety of situations and how to handle them in a calm manner when others around you may not know how to handle every type of situation they are in. Offering key things such a5 appreciate and acknowledgement to those who work for the company play a huge part in employees appreciating the company that they work for. Allowing them an open opportunity in the company as well to feel like they are more than just a worker. Being able to provide a great work environment often create better workers. More important those who lead ina more hands on positive way will gain more respect for the employees that the company does have. Using skills and being mindful of others is also a great way to have those relationships to form a better workplace for the employees that the company does hire. Being supportive of your team and making sure your employees feel comfortable coming to their managers will problems allows them not to feel as though when their is an issue they can not address. This could create a hostile work environment, which no one likes those. Just knowing the great team of managers that | have in my company helps me strive to be better and do better
