a) I work for an online auction company. In general, I do not believe that the pandemic negatively impacted the business, as a big part of communication is done online through the website and social media. Instead, the pandemic, in a certain way, forced us to shop basically everything online. So the company had great chances to expand its business.

b) As an online auction company, most of the work and interaction with our customers are done online. Of course, some changes were made to adjust to the restrictions during the pick-up times, but nothing major.

c) The company has grown through the past years, hiring more employees, me included. I have been working there for eight months, and a few more people have been hired since then.

d) The demand increase was addressed by adding more employees to the staff team, especially in the fields requiring more technical knowledge. It was also investing in advertising.
