In my opinion, behavior does affect investment decisions. If one has a rational behavior, their investment decisions will come from analyzing the investment as much as they can. Their decision will be based on the use of available information and their own experience. If one has irrational behavior, their investment decisions are more than likely made without strategy. They may not review the investment as closely or may not even consider the risks. This behavior tends to lead towards bad investment decisions and rarely a reward in return.
