Thanks for explaining the efficiencies, production processes, and lack of performance measures. We want to examine Six Sigma, Lean, continuous improvement, and processes. We can always explore the use of affinity diagrams, fishbone diagrams, and root cause analysis. What about qualitative and quantitative information or data. How can this type of information be used for solving problems or determining the probability of risks? Also, how can we get access to such data if it is locked down by the IT department or Database Administrator?
