Please respond to two (2) other student's post whether you agree or not agree and why

1. A SWOT analysis is the analysis of a operations strengths, weakness, opportunities, and threats. An example of this would be identifying say a weakness such as a kitchen left dirty every time after closing. There is obvious needs for improvement if the establishment is not properly cleaned, but using SWOT analysis this issue was at least identified. Then from there, the team conducting the SWOT analysis can examine their strengths and opportunities to fix this issue, and any threats that might not allow for the issue to be resolved.

2. A SWOT analysis identifies the strengths and weaknesses as a company as well as examines its oppoutunities and threats. For example, a manager in restuarant can use it at the beginning of a year to go over how their past year went. It could be used to understand what worked and didn't work for them (as in specials, new items, etc.). It would work as a guide for them to evolve into more productive and sucessful organization.
