Please review and answer

There are two components to this assignment:

1) Your individual family emergency plan

2) A policy and procedure for your DNP project site addressing emergency preparedness directions for your DNP population andinformation for the client.

• Procedure: As the DNP, determine how the information (infographic, flyer, video, etc.) is delivered to the population. Be sure to address why and how they should develop an emergency preparedness plan based on the disaster of your choosing.
• Policy: What should be included in the policy to be broad but cover the emergency?
• Remember that policies are broad while procedure provide the details of how the policy is instituted.

Specific Instructions:

1. Complete a disaster preparedness plan for your family using the red cross disaster plan template.
2. Create an educational offering for your population of interest that addresses all of the material in the Red Cross Indiviudal disater plan..
   • The plan may be a video, power point, flyer, infographic, or booklet
   • The reading level should be appropriate to the developmental level of the DNP identified population. If your population is an adult population the reading level should be 8^thgrade or below
3. Create a policy and procedure for disaster preparedness education offering for the clinic/unit/hospital where you plan to implement your DNP project. your DNP project focused population.
4. Submit the following to D2L dropbox:
