Please review the field planning timeline. Acknowledge you will complete modules $1-4$ in a timely manner by submitting all assignments. Acknowledge you are aware that beginning in module $5$ you will reach out to organizations for possible internship interviews. You will see that there are check$-$ins every $2$ weeks whereby you are expected to reach out to at least $10$ organizations and follow up$.$ It is imperative you are consistent and diligent in your search so that you have the appropriate amount of time to finalize documents and have a final approval meeting with your field planner by the deadline. Again, if the timeline is not adhered to$,$ you will not be able to proceed with your field placement as planned. Communication with your field planner is key.

Identify if you work full$-$time or part$-$time. If you work full$-$time, what is your plan to cut back or flex your employment hours in order to accommodate your placement? Please describe how you will plan your placement hours to ensure the best possible educational experience. Remember, you need to balance your work, placement, and personal life. Please be as specific as possible. If you are unable to cut back, you can still share your thoughts about balancing work, placement, and your personal life.

Identify the role$/$responsibility differences between your Field Planner, Field Instructor and Field Advisor. Who would you contact when something of concern occurs at your placement? Please give an example for each role.
