In the construction and maintenance of the countermeasures/flares department, my associated and I conducted necessary measure to reach satisfactory results. By combining and fusing ideas and viewpoints, the team and I can further obtain sufficient information and execute it into the countermeasures and flares modules. Aforementioned before weve encountered minor and conflicted problems during the development and designing phases, such as conflicting views, communication, and troubleshooting. Regardless, this became miniscule in a short period as the team and I steadily learned from our errors and presented opened ideas and communication which in term evolved into greater improvements along the way
