Please select a health disparity and create a visual representation. Ex: A pie chart showing the different smoking rates among people of different ethnicity. You must also include at least one paragraph explaining your visual and why the information is important to help bring attention to the health disparity that you chose. Your explanation must include information on why this health disparity exists and how it impacts our healthcare system. You must have a reference for where you got the information!!!

You will notice this is similar to our community-based intervention assignment in that we are again, looking at health disparities. This time, instead of focusing on an intervention plan, I want you to focus on using the visual to make an impactful statement on why this health disparity is important. Please also focus your brief explanation on why the disparity exists and how it impacts our healthcare system. I wanted to have you submit these in a discussion board so we can all see the visuals. You can use your same health disparity from before, or you can select a new one.
