b$)$ Assuming the top half of the pipe to be a hot place facing up$,$ determine the temperature at the top of half of the insulation or $12$ o'clock position $(2$ points$)$

c$)$ Assuming the bottom half of the pipe to be a "hot place facing down", determine the temperature at the bottom half of the insulation or $6$ o'clock position $(2$ points$)$
