The matrix variable rainmat stores the total rainfall in inches for some districts for a 7 year period. Each row has the rainfall amounts for a given district. For example, if rainmat has the value: >>rainmat ans = 25 33 20 42 44 49 28 53 44 40 58 39 45 14 etc. district 1 has 25 inches in year 1.33 in year 2. etc. Use randi to create a random rainmat matrix with values from 0 to 60. Make the matrix represent 12 years of data and 7 districts. Use help for the FIND function to see various ways it can specify when an element is found. Write expression(s) that will find the number and year of the district that had the highest total rainfall in a single year. Store the year in a variable named year and the district number in a variable named district.
