Task 1:

You are in charge of a project that has been running for six months. You have determined that the project is behind schedule as you examine its status at this time. Activity A actually costs $2,000 while Activity B only costs $1,000 in terms of actual costs. These activities are expected to be worth 1,80,000 and 80,000 respectively. The Activity A has been finished completely. Activity B is barely 75% finished, though. Calculate the project's schedule and cost performance indices as of the review date. Note : Also, tabulate the data provided in the problem.

TASK 2:

You are hired as a Project Manager in Google. The company is beginning with the new project and you along with your team members are provided with the opportunity to estimate the budget plan for new project. Can a budget plan (template preferably) for a website development project be shared.

There should be one extra table along with the budget plan, which will indicate the names of stakeholders responsible for making the budget plan.
