Consider the case with feedback (when the voter sees whether the policy chosen was good or bad) and strong ofce holding motive (6 > 1). We assumed that the voter reelects if the policy chosen was good and does not reelect if the policy chosen was bad. As discussed in class, in response to this both the good and the bad politician will choose the good policy.
